A Comunidade Terap\u00e9utica “Alborada” \u00e9 un centro profesional especializado no tratamento e rehabilitaci\u00f3n de condutas adictivas, situado en Tomi\u00f1o (Pontevedra).<\/p>\n

Tr\u00e1tase dunha alternativa terap\u00e9utica residencial que ten unha duraci\u00f3n aproximada de 6 meses e ten unha capacidade de 30 prazas. O ingreso \u00e9 voluntario, previa valoraci\u00f3n e derivaci\u00f3n das distintas Unidades Asistenciais do Sur de Galicia, e est\u00e1 suxeito a lista de espera.<\/p>\n

O equipo terap\u00e9utico est\u00e1 formado por diversos profesionais especializados nas diferentes problem\u00e1ticas asociadas \u00e1s adicci\u00f3ns e que acompa\u00f1an a diario a cada interno no proceso de recuperaci\u00f3n. Todo isto nun ambiente de convivencia, de participaci\u00f3n activa e de colaboraci\u00f3n nas tarefas coti\u00e1s.<\/p>\n

Durante a estancia real\u00edzanse intervenci\u00f3ns socioeducativas e psicoterap\u00e9uticas: individuais, familiares e grupais, co obxectivo de previr reca\u00eddas, adquirir habilidades sociais e comunicativas, promover a xesti\u00f3n do tempo libre e h\u00e1bitos de vida saudables, etc.<\/p>\n

A Unidade de Condutas Aditivas constit\u00fae o primeiro paso, de forma ambulatoria, na atenci\u00f3n e tratamento individualizado das persoas que presenten ben trastornos por consumo de substancias ou adicci\u00f3ns condutuais (xogo, xogo, adicci\u00f3n a internet, etc.). O noso traballo \u00e9 facer un diagn\u00f3stico e dotar \u00e1 persoa das ferramentas para acadar a s\u00faa sa\u00fade tanto f\u00edsica como mental.<\/p>\n

A forma de acceder \u00e1 UAD \u00e9 ben directamente por solicitude da persoa que precisa axuda ou mediante derivaci\u00f3n doutro dispositivo xeral (servizos sanitarios, servizos sociais, unidades de sa\u00fade mental, etc.) ou ben espec\u00edfico, para solicitar tratamento de drogodependencias ou outros condutas adictivas sen substancias concomitantes co abuso ou dependencia de drogas.<\/p>\n

En canto aos procesos clave da UAD Alborada, son os seguintes: recepci\u00f3n\/admisi\u00f3n de solicitudes, valoraci\u00f3n de necesidades e expectativas, procesos de diagn\u00f3stico, atenci\u00f3n sanitaria, atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3xica, atenci\u00f3n social, seguimento e avaliaci\u00f3n dos tratamentos e coordinaci\u00f3n con servizos externos.<\/p>\n

O Centro de D\u00eda \u00e9 un recurso sanitario de integraci\u00f3n sociocomunitaria, baseado en manter o usuario na s\u00faa comunidade de orixe. Para iso contamos cun equipo multidisciplinar e cada usuario ten asignado un titor que o acompa\u00f1ar\u00e1 durante todo o seu proceso de reinserci\u00f3n social para que poida desenvolver unha actividade ocupacional, formativa ou laboral responsable. O horario \u00e9 de luns a venres en quendas de ma\u00f1\u00e1 e tarde.<\/p>\n

Tam\u00e9n traballamos coas familias, ensin\u00e1ndolles estratexias de negociaci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n e toma de decisi\u00f3ns. Se a persoa usuaria vive soa ou non conta cun apoio familiar adecuado, a intervenci\u00f3n real\u00edzase baixo o modelo de Equipo de Apoio Social Comunitario, que incl\u00fae visitas domiciliarias para seguir m\u00e1is atentamente o avance de todo o proceso.<\/p>\n

A Unidade de Condutas Adictivas ofrece o Programa TESEO gratu\u00edto para a prevenci\u00f3n e tratamento do abuso ou a adicci\u00f3n ao xogo e\/ou tecnolox\u00eda.<\/p>\n

O obxectivo principal \u00e9 acompa\u00f1ar e axudar \u00e1 persoa afectada a aprender a controlar os impulsos que a levan a adoptar condutas adictivas e substitu\u00edlas por un estilo de vida alternativo m\u00e1is adaptativo.<\/p>\n
